Design & Build

We understand your home is a reflection of you and your family’s aesthetic and functional needs. In the initial consultation our design team will meet with you to determine your home specifications (floor plan, size, family needs, etc.). Then we will draft a floor plan and complete a 3D rendering to meet those specifications. Throughout the construction phase you will be welcome to observe the process of bringing your dream home to life. We also have custom designs to choose from and we will build on your lot.
